SUNDAY SERVICES
8.30 am Said Holy Communion according to the 1662 Book of Common Prayer.
10.30 am Sung Holy Communion, according to Common Worship, Order 1(except the third Sunday of the month, when the service is sung Morning Prayer, according to the 1662 Book of Common Prayer). The first Sunday Eucharist is devoted to the sacrament of Holy Baptism. The second Sunday is a Family Eucharist, involving, in term time, our school children from our neighbouring Church school. The last Sunday is a Parade Eucharist, with our Rainbows and Brownies taking part. Any fifth Sunday is a sung Parish Eucharist. Outside of school term times the Family and Parade services are celebrated as Parish Eucharist.
6.45 pm This service alternates between sung Holy Communion (Common Worship, Order 1) and sung Evening Prayer according to the 1662 Book of Common Prayer).
This pattern of worship may change during special festive seasons, e.g. Christmas and Easter.
Special services are held during Holy Week and we have a Christingle service on Advent Sunday afternoon.
